Planning your appointment
Get the address with your appointment
Ask central booking to send the Salt Lake branch address and current directions in the same conversation as your appointment details. Check that the message names Kolkata and the intended location. If any part of the directions is unclear, confirm it before departure rather than choosing a similarly named listing.
Prepare a focused set of questions
Decide which concern you most want to understand at the visit. For hair changes, note the area affected and when you noticed the change. For skin marks or texture concerns, describe previous care and what you hope to improve. Use the consultation to discuss possible explanations and options, rather than selecting a procedure from a photograph.
Discuss costs and follow-up together
Ask for the consultation fee before visiting. If a treatment plan is proposed, request an estimate that explains the course of care, follow-up and any maintenance costs. Clarify where later visits would take place and whom to contact with questions. This makes it easier to consider the practical commitment alongside your goals.
Keep your care organised
If you are travelling from elsewhere for an appointment, tell the team when enquiring. Ask what can be confirmed before you leave and which decisions require an in-person assessment. Do not book travel around an assumed treatment date or an estimate that has not been agreed with the clinic.
